With extensive experience in both development management and project management, our team has delivered significant retail projects in conjunction with well-known household brands including M&S, Lidl, B&M, Aldi, Home Bargains, The Range, Costa and Tim Hortons.

Having concluded a strategic acquisition of 14 redundant sites in 2015, we have completed several successful developments and are currently undertaking a range of exciting new projects.

We manage activity across the full development life cycle, which includes:

• Identify and acquire sites for development
• Engage with community groups and other stakeholders around local issues
• Work with local authorities and community groups to secure planning approval for schemes that deliver sustainable social and economic benefits
• Manage the design and build, engaging local contractors wherever possible
• Work with agents to market properties as high-value, developed assets.

Many of our sites are pre-sold to institutional investors as developed assets with good tenants and strong covenants. However, we also consider land-trading and other development opportunities where we can enhance value by acquiring property capable of sub-division, change of use and future resale.
