Our property management teams look after the day-to-day needs of tenants and management of the properties. They also work closely with our finance team to ensure there is full management accounting and statutory reporting, including reconciliation and analysis of service charges, VAT, CIS, direct taxes, accounts payable and receivable, and credit control.
