Claire, who is RICS qualified since 1999, joined London and Scottish in May 2023. She has over 25 years’ experience within the industry working on projects varying from extensive remodelling and repositioning of assets including multi let office developments, working with occupiers to deliver pre let development funding and exit strategies for retail parks, as well as being heavily involved in management, tenant and customer liaison.
