Ministry of Justice commits to a further 10-year lease at Festival Court
London & Scottish Property Investment Management (LSPIM) has agreed a 10-year lease renewal with the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government (a subsidiary of the Ministry of Justice) for three office buildings at Festival Court, 198-200 Brand Street, Glasgow.
The 36,854 sq ft property houses the UK Visa and Immigration office, which is part of the UK Ministry of Justice. The buildings have served as government offices since the early 2000s.
Andrew MacGilp, Director of Commercial Property at LSPIM, said: “We are delighted to have agreed this 10-year lease renewal with such a valued and long-standing occupier.”
