LSPIM presses on with £2.4 million refurb of Bromborough Industrial Unit
London & Scottish Property Investment Management is undertaking a £2.4 million refurbishment of a large logistics unit at Commercial Road, Bromborough on behalf of landlord Regional REIT. The comprehensive refurbishment is taking place over the first two quarters of 2021, and when completed the building will be let to Albea Creative UK limited.
The property, which was originally built in 1988, is undergoing extensive refurbishment to provide a 115,000 sq ft warehouse, with a 15,000 sq ft ancillary office block over two storeys and a secure two-acre yard with car parking.
Andrew MacGilp, Commercial Property Director at LSPIM, said: “We identified this site as one where we could add significant value through refurbishment. It has good links to the motorway network and there are few properties of this quality currently available on the market. The refurbishment is well underway and completion is expected in June 2021.”
