Double Deal at Old Trafford Office Building
London & Scottish Property Investment Management has completed two office letting deals, totalling 27,316sq ft at Oakland House in Old Trafford, Manchester.
AM London Fashion Ltd has taken 16,390sq ft of space on a 10-year lease after relocating from City Approach in Eccles. The fashion business, which was formed in 2014, will be moving onto the 4th and 3rd floors which have been fully refurbished by the landlord.
In a further deal, an existing occupier at Oakland House has expanded. PHMG, a leading audio branding agency, has committed to an additional 10,926 sq ft of space on the 6th floor to facilitate their continued growth.
Agents Cushman & Wakefield acted on behalf of London & Scottish Property Investment Management, asset managers for the building which is owned by UK regional office specialist Regional REIT. The quoting rental for the building is £12.50 per square foot.
Oakland House is located on Talbot Road, one of the main arterial routes from Manchester city centre and a five-minute walk from Trafford Bar metro stop.
