Disposal: Eight office buildings in Alderstone Business Park, Livingstone
LSPIM has completed on the sale of a campus of eight office buildings at Alderstone Business Park in Livingston to Walker Commercial Properties, which is headquartered at the business park.
LSPIM carried out the disposal on behalf of regional office specialist, Regional REIT, and was advised on the deal by JLL and DM Hall. Walker Commercial was advised by Avison Young.
