DEVELOPMENT SITE AT HAYMARKET EDINBURGH FOR 156 BED STUDENT SCHEME
Ladybank Developments, the joint venture company between London and Scottish Property Investment Management and GSS have procured planning consent for a 156-bed student scheme at Haymarket, Edinburgh, which in turn will be developed by CKC Properties Limited in conjunction with Woh Hup Holdings Private Limited (a 95-year-old Singaporean construction and civil engineering specialists.)
The site had planning consent for a 91-bed student housing development however Ladybank Developments secured a further planning consent which will accommodate a 156 – bed scheme. Construction by CKC Properties Limited is targeted to commence in summer 2023 ready for occupation in 2025.
