Cumbernauld Retail Park is situated on the west side of Cumbernauld on Westfield Road, immediately adjacent to Broadwood Stadium. The site is beside the junction of the M80 and the A8011.
Phase 1 of the development comprised 83,000 sq ft of retail space within the main terrace, which was let to Aldi, M&S, Matalan, Food Warehouse, Home Bargains and Pets at Home. Construction and fit-out was completed in time for Christmas 2019. In addition, to 573 parking spaces, there was a Tim Hortons drive thru and a Gulf filling station.
Phase 2 of the project was the construction of a 8,500 sq ft stand-alone retail block, which was completed in early 2020. Tenants include Greggs, Indigo Sun, German Doner Kebab and Lux Dental practice.
