Senior Asset Manager



We are currently looking for a Senior Asset Manager to join our busy Glasgow team and help with the ongoing development of the business.

£50 – 60K + car allowance

The job holder will be responsible for the asset management of a wide-ranging portfolio of commercial property assets, predominately offices.

The role involves a combination of asset management duties as well as managing and overseeing asset managers. It includes the following:

  • Reporting to the Head of Asset Management in regard to property performance, and where appropriate, recommending potential changes to goals and strategies.
  • Enhancing value through proactive lease restructures, rent reviews and lease renewals.
  • Managing the refurbishment and development of assets to improve value.
  • Strategic management of assets including creation, management and delivery of asset business plans
  • Providing input on forecasting, management and analysis of cashflows.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • MRICS with circa five years’ PQE.
  • “Value-add” asset management experience.
  • Enthusiastic, tenacious and able to focus on getting the job done to deliver the best outcome.
  • A collaborative team player who has a natural flair for building effective relationships.
