Asset Manager



Following a period of rapid expansion over the last five years, we are currently looking for an Asset Manager to join our busy team and help with the ongoing development of the business.

£40 – 50K + car allowance

The job holder will be responsible for the asset management of a wide-ranging portfolio of commercial property assets, predominately offices.

The role involves reporting on asset management issues and assisting with all aspects of adding value to the portfolio, including the following:

  • Enhancing value through proactive lease restructures, rent reviews and lease renewals.
  • Instruction of, and ongoing liaison with, letting agents in terms of marketing space.
  • Managing the refurbishment and development of assets to improve value.
  • Assist with the due diligence process for property acquisitions.
  • Liaising with the property management team.
  • Strategic management of assets including creation, management and delivery of asset business plans.
  • Providing input on forecasting, management and analysis of cashflows.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • MRICS with circa five years’ PQE.
  • Asset/property management experience and the desire for a “value-add” position.
  • Enthusiastic, tenacious and able to focus on getting the job done to deliver the best outcome.
  • A collaborative team player who has a natural flair for building effective relationships.
